Vantage Explore - Partner Edition Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Vantage Explore - Partner Edition Promotion ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" or "the Company"), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available from 1 September 2026 to 30 November 2026, based on system time ("Promotion Period"), both days inclusive.

3. Eligibility

This Promotion is open to Vantage affiliates who meet the following criteria:

• Must have a STP, ECN, TradingView, Perpetual, Copy Trading, Premium or Swap Free trading account with Vantage. Other account types are excluded.
• Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions.
• Must be an Introducing Broker (IB), excluding CPA Affiliates (CPA).

4. Participation Requirements

To participate, eligible affiliates must:

Meet the minimum requirements as outlined in Clause 5 (Bonus or Reward Structure).

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

• At the end of the promotion, the top five (5) eligible affiliates who meet all the minimum requirements during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) prize as outlined below:

Where two or more eligible affiliates are tied in the final rankings, Vantage will determine the final ranking of the tied affiliates at its reasonable discretion.

Only closed trades on eligible CFD products that are opened for five (5) minutes or more will be counted towards this Promotion.

Only IB Direct Level 1 Clients will be calculated, other level clients will be excluded.

6. Prize Delivery

• At the end of the Promotion, Vantage will review eligible accounts and notify qualified affiliates via email [email protected] within fifteen (15) business days.
• Qualified affiliates must respond and submit the required personal details within five (5) business days of receiving the email notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in prize forfeiture.
• Qualified affiliates must provide Vantage with their full name, residential address, email address and phone number to facilitate processing of their prize. Qualified affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information as required. Vantage will not be held liable for any failure in prize delivery due to incorrect or inaccurate information provided. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion and will be processed in accordance with Vantage’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
• All prizes will be processed within sixty (60) business days of the notification date. Delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond Vantage's control (e.g. courier delays, visa application).
• All prizes are subject to availability. Where a prize becomes unavailable, cannot be delivered, or cannot be redeemed due to circumstances beyond Vantage's reasonable control, including but not limited to visa restrictions, travel restrictions, government regulations, or other unforeseen events, Vantage reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to substitute the prize with an alternative item, travel voucher, or cash equivalent of up to 100% of the market retail price of the prize at the time of substitution, as reasonably determined by Vantage. Vantage will notify the affected participant of any such substitution.

7. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

Violates any of the Terms;

Provides false or misleading information;

Engages in suspicious trading activities or abusive trading practices,including but not limited to churning, hedging and/or any form of market manipulation.

8. Modification and Termination

Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion, including withholding, cancelling, or substituting any reward or prize, where applicable. This may occur due to violations of the Terms, suspicious or abusive trading practices or misuse of the Promotion. Updates or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.

9. Local Laws and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the value of the applicable reward.

DEFINITIONS

1. System Time refers to the MetaTrader (MT) system time, which operates on GMT+2 or GMT+3, depending on daylight saving time adjustments.

2. Eligible Participant refers to participants who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.

3. Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to eligible affiliates through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.

4. Net Deposit refers to the total deposit made by eligible clients during the entire Promotion Period after deducting any withdrawals made within the same Promotion Period.

5. Prize refers to any of the items or rewards specified in the Promotion, including but not limited to physical items, vouchers or cash prizes.

6. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.

7. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promotion applies only to valid STP, ECN, TradingView, Perpetual, Copy Trading, Swap Free or Premium accounts. Cent, Unlimited Leverage accounts, USDT, BTC, and ETH currency accounts are not eligible unless specifically stated.

2. Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are ineligible to participate in any Vantage offers unless otherwise specified.

3. Participants are prohibited from engaging in abusive hedging practices to manipulate Promotion outcomes. Vantage may disqualify participants or exclude affected transactions if violations are detected.

4. New accounts are subject to Vantage's standard approval processes. Participants are responsible for understanding their local laws and regulations prior to participation.

5. Participants should ensure that their trading activities align with their individual risk preferences, as this Promotion is not intended to alter the participant's risk appetite or trading strategy.

6. Participants agree to indemnify and hold Vantage harmless from any claims arising from participation in the Promotion, including violations of terms or applicable laws.

7. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
